Agregometr AggRAM

Agregometr AggRAM (Helena Bioscience Europe, Great Britain) is intended for carrying out research of aggregation of thrombocytes (collagen, Epinephrinum, ADF, arachidonic acid) and definitions of a factor of Vilebrand.

Processing of results - is carried out automatically, by means of the software installed on the personal computer.  ON calculates  a tilt angle (the first and second wave of aggregation), the maximum percent of aggregation, time of the maximum aggregation, a log phase, calculation of the area under curve (AUC), a possibility of manual editing options and smoothing of a curve.

Search and storage of results – original ON allows to carry out search, to keep and to automatically duplicate results of analyses of patients, kontroly and calibrators. A two-way communication with LYS.

Quality control – a possibility of creation of schedules of Levi-Dzheningsa and carrying out check by Vestgard's rule.
