The IKB-M optical cables are applied in fiber-optical systems of transfer to public communication networks, in technological communication networks and communication networks of a special purpose in case of their accession to a public communication network to laying in soil of all groups, except subject to merzlotny deformations, on river transitions, in bogs up to 2 m in depth, and also in the cable sewerage, on bridges and platforms, in tunnels, collectors, in buildings and constructions.
