Artificial ice covering

The skating rink is mounted from polymeric panels on which it is possible to ride classical skates.

Panel size:

For operation neither energy, nor water are necessary. Operation is not limited to either high summer temperatures, or hard frosts.

The skating rink is serviceable all the year round.

PROPERTIES

For driving on skating rinks with an artificial ice covering no special skates are necessary. They are sharpened as for classical ice. The movement of a washer is almost identical. For better sliding of skates the surface of panels becomes impregnated with the accelerating emulsion. Sliding, comparable with classical ice is as a result reached. Speed in comparison with classical ice is only 10% lower. At the same time it is necessary to consider that safety of a skating rink with an artificial ice covering makes 90%, it favourably distinguishes it from a skating rink with a natural ice covering which needs to be updated regularly during game.

By definition of Occupational Safety and Health Administration/OSHA/of the USA are not dangerous.

CLASSIFICATION OF THE INFLAMMABILITY

Without classification. This polymer combustible, but difficult ignites. Spontaneous combustibility at a temperature + 343C.

TOXICOLOGICAL INFORMATION

Is not toxic for people and animals.

INFORMATION ON UTILIZATION

This material is not dangerous in sense of Rescource Conservation and Recovery Act/RCRA/of the USA.

ECONOMIC COMPARISON

The skating rink with an artificial ice covering favourably replaces classical winter stadiums which demand expensive leaving.

For example:

Each winter stadium demands for the leaving the car for ice preparation. One such car is equal to skating rink cost with an artificial ice covering of 250 sq.m in size for which no cars are necessary and it is possible to use it 12 months in a year.

USAGE TIME

Open winter stadium with a natural ice covering: 4,5 months.

The covered winter stadium with a natural ice covering: 7 months.

LEAVING

The artificial ice skating rink cleans up by means of the rotational brush car with the closed circulation of water which works with addition of saponat for plastic or water under pressure. It depends on where the skating rink - on the street or inside is established.

The skating rink of the small size can be cleaned manually by means of a brush.

INSTALLATION

The skating rink with an artificial ice covering can be placed without construction preparation on the street or indoors.

Mobile installation.

The surface of a skating rink is on a lattice which eliminates roughnesses of the district. The boards lit, which are installed radio and protective networks are attached to a skating rink lattice. A mobile skating rink - uniform system. Does not demand any attachment and does not damage a floor on which it is established.

Stationary installation.

Installation requires a plain surface to which boards and other devices of a skating rink are attached.

Stationary installation on the street requires the concrete frost-resistant basis.
