Tape cost = the price is 1 sq.m * length (m) * width (m) + (KS * width (m) * the price is 1 sq.m)
Coefficient of connection of a tape:
KC=0 - without connection (a tape on metric area)
KC=1,5 - with a width of tape up to 2 m
KC=2 - with a width of tape up to 200 mm
