Pavlodar Petrochemical Plant LLP is one of the most modern on technology in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The plant processes oil by fuel option and provides processing depth to 85% that corresponds to the level of the best producers of oil products.
For years of operation shareholders and the legal status of the plant repeatedly changed:
- 1978 - 1994 – Pavlodar oil refinery (PNPZ);
- 1994 - 1997 – Joint-stock company Pavlodar Oil Refinery (JSC PNPZ);
- 1997 - 2000 – Pavlodar Oil Refinery — CCL (CJSC PNPZ-CCL) Closed joint stock company;
- 2000 (VII-XI) – Joint-stock company Pavlodar Oil Refinery (JSC PNPZ);
- Since November, 2000 – Joint-stock company Pavlodar Petrochemical Plant (JSC PNHZ);
- In August, 2009 JSC PNHZ was included into group of companies of Joint-stock company "The KazMunaiGas national company;
- In March, 2013 – Pavlodar Petrochemical Plant LLP.
The staff of the plant was headed at different times by directors: V. I. Brendes, A. N. Belousov, G. G. Moshchenko, S. A. Meraliyev, O. M. Li, A. I. Duca, D. Sh. Zharasov, Yu. M. Ginatulin, R. S. Bekturov, V. G. Fomin.
Since 2009 the plant heads Sh.A.Danbay.
Deputy directors for capital construction directed construction of the plant: V. N. Zhitin, S. A. Wolfson, Zh. K. Zhaparov.
Defined technical policy, chief specialists improved technology for oil refining, release of high-quality production and expansion of the range:
- Chief engineers, technical directors – A. N. Belousov, G. D. Pavements, S. A. Wolfson, V. T. Liventsev, S. G. Andriyashin, R. T. Sharipov, E. P. Dvurekov, O. B. Alseitov. Since 2016 the deputy CEO for production – the chief engineer I. V. Dubinin;
- Chief technologists – S. A. Wolfson, V. R. Vaynbender, V. A. Karjakin. Since 2001 the chief technologist, since 2016 the deputy chief engineer for oil processing A. A. Anikin.
