Description:

The bread slicer is intended for cutting of bread shaped, hearth, tostovy, bakery products, and also for cutting of preparations for croutons.

All bread slicers of JAC:

• are equipped with the device for simplification of packing of the cut bread in packages, the supplied adjustable limiter -
• are equipped with 4 castors (two of which with blocking) for convenience of movement (except the desktop Topmatic models, - Pico and Picomatic) -
• meet all requirements of safety -
• standard options of thickness of the cut pieces: from 8 to 16 mm (one at choice - others - on demand): Thickness of cutting is not regulated.
• width of a working zone of cutting can be 420, 450, 520, 600 mm -
• have the case from the painted steel.

"M" in the article of model means that the bread slicer is equipped with the automatic lubrication system (the lubrication system of edges allows to cut bread with the high content of rye flour). For some models delivery of an option of a razduv of packages is possible (the aero system of automatic opening of packages used for simplification of process of packing of the cut bread. Use of this option accelerates process of packing for 130% ).

Duro and Ecomatic models

• standard modifications - with a width of a working zone of cutting: 450, 520 and 600 mm -
• regulation of height of the top limiter of loaves -

• electric characteristics: 220 (to order) or 380 V, 3 phases, 50 Hz -

The semi - automatic Duro model is equipped with the bringing lever. Duro productivity: to 250 pieces/h (on bread weighing 0,5 kg).

Completely automatic Ecomatic model:

• automatic adaptation of speed of cutting to a bread consistence -
• one - time or continuous cutting.

Ecomatic productivity: to 350 pieces/h (on bread weighing 0,5 kg).

Additional options:

• regulation of height of a working surface of a bread slicer (the raising block to 8 cm) -
• for models of the Ecomatic series delivery of an option of a razduv of packages is possible
• for models with a width of cutting of 520 and 600 mm the option of "double cutting" when one half of cutting is carried out thin, and another by wider chunks is possible
