THE INSTRUCTION TO APPLICATION
"AS-PANDOKTOR" can be applied at any ways of a testoprigotovleniye - accelerated, bezoparny and basic, and also at a portion and continuous batch of the test in the dry or dissolved look.
At the accelerated or bezoparny way the improver can be used both in dry and in the dissolved look usually in water at a test batch.
Advantages:
- prevents development in bread of the potato illness caused by a flour obsemenennost a hay stick and other causative agents of a potato illness.
- allows to receive production of standard quality from obsemenenny flour.
- it is simple and economic in application
- prevents development of a mold, slightly slowing down process of fermentation of the test.
RECOMMENDATIONS ABOUT USE:
"AS-PAN DOKTOR" it is filled up directly at a test batch without any preliminary preparation.
NOTES:
Because of delay of process of fermentation it is recommended to increase a dosage of yeast by 10-15% in comparison with usually used quantity.
