Certificate of conformity of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The department of confirmation of compliance carries out carrying out confirmation of compliance of foodstuff, food additives; perfumery and cosmetic production, goods of household chemicals, products of sanitary and hygienic appointment according to rules of the State System of Technical Regulation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, according to the law No. 603-II "On Technical Regulation" of 09.11.2004, technical regulations of 04.02.2008 No. 90 "Compliance confirmation procedures" and technical regulations of the Customs Union.

Procedure of confirmation of compliance includes the following stages:

• Reception and consideration of applications with the enclosed documents for carrying out confirmation of compliance of foodstuff, food additives; perfumery and cosmetic production, goods of household chemicals, products of sanitary and hygienic appointment and preparation of decisions on the application; (forms of applications for production see in "Documents");

• Decision-making according to applications;

• The conclusion of contracts with the applicant (Samples of contracts see in "Documents")

• Sampling of production;

• Expert works on confirmation of compliance of production, the direction of product samples on tests;

• Registration and issue of certificates of conformity, copies of certificates of conformity, declarations on compliance of the HARDWARE of the established sample;

• Inspection control;

• Cancellation or stay of action of the issued certificates of conformity and declarations on compliance of the HARDWARE.

According to normative documents the following schemes of certification food, goods of household chemicals, products of sanitary and hygienic appointment are provided:

• certifications serially products of domestic and foreign production (No. 2-4),
• the certification of the lot of products made or imported into the Republic of Kazakhstan (No. 7).

Certification serially of products (scheme No. 2-4) assumes carrying out the analysis of a condition of production and test of product samples. At positive results of check and tests the certificate of conformity which period of validity from 12 to 18 months depending on the chosen scheme of certification is issued.

Certification of a lot of products (scheme No. 7) is carried out by examination of primary documents on the declared production and carrying out certified tests of samples for compliance to requirements of normative documents of each party of products or means arriving or made in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Period of validity of the certificate of conformity on a lot of products is established depending on production expiration date, but no more 3kh years.

During the specified terms each let-out lot of products is followed by copies of the certificate of conformity of the established sample.
