Any automatic fire protection system consists of several basic elements for which correct and coordinated work it is necessary to perform balancing and commissioning. These works consist in control of parameters of all elements of system, check of actuation mechanisms for working capacity, and also search and elimination of malfunctions after the end of installation works.

Works on commissioning are carried out by qualified specialists of our company and include:

- survey of the equipment and object, technical consultations concerning installation of equipment;

- control of correctness of installation according to the provided design and budget documentation and technical documentation of the producer;

- control of installation of pipelines and fittings (valves, latches, filters, etc.);

- control of installation of equipment and laying of cable routes;

- registration of the Act of readiness of installation for production of balancing and commissioning;

- check of correctness of connection of electric equipment and instrumentations (including control of lack of KZ, measurement of resistance of isolation);

- a configuration and a parametrirovaniye of automatic equipment according to algorithm of work of installation and technical documentation of the producer

- pressure testing of technological part of system, check on tightness, check on compliance to working parameters;

- trial start-up in the manual mode and check of operability of system in the automatic mode;

- determination of compliance of the current parameters (a pressure, productivity) to design parameters, control of the consumed currents;

- control of operation of devices of protection (the relay of the dry course, excess of pressure at the exit, an overheat of electric motors, etc.);

- final debugging of system in operating modes, check of operability of system in general;

- training of technicians of the Customer in methods of the correct operation of system;

- registration of the Act of the end of balancing and commissioning.
