Cooling of air and oil

The compressor is equipped full-size oil and air with the heat exchangers which are forcibly cooled by the air stream created by the krylchatka of the fan established on a shaft of the driving electric motor. The thermostatic oil valve guarantees the optimum temperature of the oil injected into the screw block even under adverse external conditions. Low temperature of the compressed air received by means of compressors of the EKO series considerably simplifies its further cleaning and drainage.

Oil separation

The air-oil mix received in the course of compression is exposed to consecutive division - in the beginning in the separator tank integrated with the screw block, and, then, in an external filter element of thin separation. The compressor is supplied with control and viewing tubes for control of level of oil in the tank and return of the oil separated from air to the screw block.

Screw block

In compressors of the EKO series screw blocks of the leading global manufacturers - the American company SULLAIR (to the EKO 45 model) and the German company AERZEN are used (since the EKO 45S model). The used screw blocks are manufactured on the most modern grinding equipment, at the most thorough quality control.

Driving system

3-phase asynchronous driving electric motors made on zavodakhbosch, SIEMENS, WAT - Germany are used. Electric motors are supplied with anticipatory protection against overloads.

Transmission of energy from the electric motor to the screw block is carried out through maple belts. The system of an automatic tension provides high efficiency of driving system. All driving system is protected by a trellised casing.
