Here end couplings (polt coupling) of internal installation for shielded three-conductor cables with plastic isolation of 10, 20 and 35 kV, with armor or without armor, or the copper tape screen, for example, of APVG are provided, to Apvbshv, N(A)YSEY, NA2XSY, N2XSEY, NA2XS2Y, AXEKVCY, AXEKVCEY, N(A)2XSY and so forth.

Polt coupling design

The cable will be transformed to 3 single-conductor cables that allows to perefazirovat veins even in limited space. On veins the carrying-out tubes from back before the termination of the screen of vein take seat. The area of back is pressurized and protected by the carrying-out glove with glue which takes seat on veins and the termination of outside cover. Yellow mastic for alignment of electric field strength is imposed around the termination of the screen of veins. Then on veins trekingostoyky insulating tubes with the layer of mastic of distribution of electric field strength put from within and the gluing mastic are installed. Tubes take seat from the termination of the carrying-out tubes to cable terminals, with calling on them.

The armature for solderless grounding is ordered separately. Set with modification of L12 modification of L16 under M16 bolt includes cable bolt terminals with opening under bolt of M12 and, respectively.

Polt coupling note: Length of veins can be determined by the place of mounting. The minimum length of veins is 320 mm for Uo/U = 6/10 kV, 360 mm for Uo/U = 12/20 kV and 600 mm for Uo/U = 20/35 kV. For end couplings with bolt tips under bolt of M16 to use modification of L16. The armature for solderless ground connection is ordered separately.
