DESIGN OF PURE ROOMS

 Tenre-Aerolayf LLP will act as the contractor or subcontractor on development of the project documentation on the complexes of pure rooms (CPR), and also on production, delivery, installation and validation of KChP on element base of our development:

• SYSTEMS OF PREPARATION OF STERILE AIR: 
• • systems of a supply and exhaust ventilation and conditioning,
  • systems of cleaning and disinfecting of air,
  • air distributors and devices of an intake of air from rooms,
  • control and management systems for the engineering equipment,

• MEDICAL EQUIPMENT FOR CREATION OF LOCAL PURE ZONES: 
• • sterile laminar cases (SLC),
  • safe hoods (SH),
  • installations for bespovyazochny treatment of burn patients.

• PROCESSING EQUIPMENT:
• • irradiators bactericidal ceiling and wall, laminar ceilings
  • life support systems (ceiling consoles and wall panels of a supply of medical gases and power supply).

 Certification (validation) of pure rooms at the following stages is provided of the performed works:

• certification of the project - DQ;
• certification of installation of KChP - IQ (except processing equipment);
• certification of KChP is able functioning - OQ (except processing equipment).
