Development of STU

- reflect specifics of object owing to which they are developed, and contain special requirements (recommendations) about the space-planning, constructive and (or) technical, design decisions considering features of the purposes and tasks following from a design assignment;

- are coordinated with authorized government body for architecture, town planning and construction and other interested government bodies;

- are approved as the customer of construction;

- extend only to this object if other is not specified in the decision of the representative the state of other body for affairs of architecture, town planning and construction about approval of these special specifications.

Besides, in practice cases when our clients giving special value to the status and uniqueness of the object planned to construction choose the international and recognized design companies for development of projects or its separate stages which in turn use the international and/or foreign standards and standards in the work are not excluded.

The norms operating in the Republic of Kazakhstan for design of construction have some distinctions with the conditions stated in the international standards. Irrespective of emergence of the certain complexity connected using the international standards, regarding discrepancy by it separate provisions of regulations of domestic standards, the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan provides a possibility of use of the international standards for the purpose of an exception of a normative and legal barrier in the field of design and building of unique objects and implementation of progressive technologies and standards.

At the same time, possible derogations from requirements of the operating construction norms and rules of the Republic of Kazakhstan are admissible at the corresponding justifications included in the developed STU.

At the same time, STU will be presented in the form of the regulating and informative data representing distinctive requirements of the different international standards and standards which can be applied at design and building of object.
