Here end couplings (epkt couplings) for the 3rd and 4th vein plastic insulated cables with armor or without armor and for the 3rd and 4th vein cables with the impregnated paper isolation, including cables with the 4th vein of smaller section, for example, of VVG, AVVG, PVG, APVG are provided, to PVVG, APVVG, AABVU, ASBU and so forth.

Design of epkt couplings for plastic insulated cables

The back of cable is pressurized by means of the thermoseated glove on which internal surface thermofusible glue is applied. The area of tip and the end of isolation of veins is pressurized by means of the thermoseated tube with glue. All materials possess resistance to the ultra-violet radiation of the sun and weather conditions. The solderless grounding system consisting of roller spring and earth wire joins in set for cables with armor. In case of need protection of isolation of veins against ultra-violet impact on veins install the additional thermoseated insulating tubes CGPT which are ordered separately. All end couplings can be ordered as in set, and separate components.

Set of end epkt couplings with modification of L12 modification of L16 under M16 bolt includes bolt tips with opening under bolt of M12 and, respectively.

Design of the end epkt coupling for paper-insulated cables

On the cut cable cores the thermoseated tubes are established. All materials possess resistance to the ultra-violet radiation of the sun and weather conditions. Length of veins is determined by the place of mounting. The thermoseated glove and tubes protect cable back from penetration of moisture and leak of oil. The solderless grounding system consisting of roller spring, earth wire, copper grid and the insulating tube is included in the package. Additional materials for cable form are also included in the package. Set with modification of L12 modification of L16 under M16 bolt includes bolt tips with opening under bolt of M12 and, respectively.

For 3-wire cables

End couplings (epkt coupling) in addition include solderless system for accession of neutral to aluminum cover. The system consists of screw collars from stainless steel, wire of neutral/grounding and bolt tip.
