- The loader-digger of the EP-F-1BM model includes the following equipment:
1. Backhoe dipper;
2. Adjustable bulldozer dump;
3. The hydraulic manipulator with the bifurcate grab;
4. The grab for bulks.
Optimization of operation of this excavator is possible thanks to possibility of installation of different removable parts. Thus, application of EP-F-1BM is possible at the following types of works: loading and unloading of materials, agricultural purpose, inclusive silo, senazh, organic fertilizers from straw, loading and unloading of straw rolls, and also rolls from hay, performance of different types of works at construction and mounting, sgrebaniye of the material intended for loading, formation of trenches and holes, implementation of simple planning works.
At production of loader-digger of the EP-F-1BM model the following types of materials and parts are used:
- By production of metalwork steel 09G2S is applied;
- The hydraulic distributor having six sections, made in Italy;
- The armature of hydraulic drives made in Sweden (represents the calibrated pipe with the crashing ring, in production welding is not used);
- The hydraulic cylinder made in Italy (at production of this spare part the technique of release of cylindrical parts from pipes of rolled iron is used). All equipment is twice tested at manufacturer for identification of possible invisible defects.
