The T-PF 190 machine is intended for processing of edges of a chipboard or MDF with previously otfrezerovanny profile and the applied glue.

Processing occurs automatically: at first there is a warming up of sves of pasted swore also at preparations then svesa of the warmed material are rolled with roller group on a preparation surface on the set radius (on ^90o or ^180o), and surplus of sves at a raskatyvaniye on ^90o is removed group of milling.

For high-quality work on the machine it is necessary to organize continuous giving of preparations on the conveyor (an end face in an end face). After passing of heaters the laminate will be ready to a bending. The lower cut knot is necessary for cutting of a profile under 90º-and for cutting of surplus on the lower part of the panel. Adjustment of speed of giving and temperature is necessary for optimization of work and for receiving post-forminga without prizhog or chips.
