Description
On BSU the Control system of bunker scales intended for management of dispensing of the weight materials used for concrete preparation and also technological units of all installation which provides is installed:
BSU includes
- Management of process of preparation of concrete in the automatic or remote modes. Display on the screen of the monitor of dynamics of technological process
- Choice, storing and correction of a compounding of brand of concrete, and also other technological parameters.
- Weighing of components (inert materials, cement, water, chemical additives) tensometric sensors with display of results of weighing.
- Control of operability of system
- Expeditious tracking the course of performance of technological process with the corresponding reaction at emergency situations
- Preservation in the database of information on the executed batches a possibility of its subsequent analysis.
BSU includes
- The mixing block in which are placed the two-shaft mixer of compulsory action, batchers of cement, water and chemical additives, a cabin of management with the panel and a power board directing for the skip hoist;
- The intermediate block with guides for the skip hoist;
- The lower block, with established in it by compressor installation, the batcher inert, locks of 4 fractions of inert fillers, the skip hoist with guides, the water supply pump, the pump of giving of liquid chemical additives, capacity for heating of water electric heaters.
- Two warehouses of cement representing the metal capacities of a cylindrical form equipped with hose filters from above and shnekovy conveyors below.
- Pneumatic equipment (pneumatic distributors, pneumatic cylinders) of the Italian firm Camozzi
- Computer system (personal computer, uninterruptible power supply unit, software.)
