The project of gardening association "Place in the sun" was started by the Semirechye Group company in February, 2013. It includes three turns of land massifs which step by step arrive on realization. The first stage consists of 538 sites located on a land enclave with a total area of 40 HECTARES. The electricity received from own substation is brought to each of them, and width of streets makes 10 meters that in turn provides a convenient, year-round entrance to sites. In August, 2014 on realization the second turn, of 22,5 HECTARES, and including 308 sites arrived. Now installation of substation, an eyeliner and installation of electricity to sites is carried out. The end of these works is planned for the beginning of the third quarter 2015. The third and final stage preparation of 516 sites on a land asset of 40,24 HECTARES which commissioning is scheduled for April, 2015 is considered.
