Sodium glutamate - monosodium salt of glutaminovy acid, one of it is richest the replaceable amino acids presented in the nature. White crystal powder with weak saltish and sweetish taste. It is registered as a food additive of E621. In the European countries it is designated as MSG (English monosodium glutamate).
