Helium stationary techeiskatel of Varian 960

Helium masses - the spectrometer techeiskatel of a series 960 was developed taking into account providing the maximum indicators on two key parameters: sensitivity and productivity.

The full cycle of test, including control and calibration, is initiated by pressing of the only key.

The "traditional" scheme of vacuum system includes the block of system of valves which is specially developed proceeding from a problem of reduction of time of testing. At the same time, at the same time the greatest possible reliability of work of a techeiskatel is provided.

Easily readable, intuitively clear forward panel with the display to which are brought the size of the measured leak pressure, and other working parameters ensures convenient functioning of the operator. Working parameters are also available through analog, parallel or consecutive RS-232 interfaces.

Possessing very high sensitivity at measurement of leaks about 10-11 atm. the cubic cm/sec., a helium mass and spectrometer techeiskatel of the VARIAN 960 series at the same time provides detection of big leaks to 10 atm. cubic cm/sec.

For testing of components, with ultrahigh requirements for tightness, for achievement of ultrahigh sensitivity, the model of a techeiskatel of Varian 960D in dry execution is produced. Dry execution is understood as completely oil-free vacuum system which consists of the "dry" forvacuum pump of preliminary pumping, a "dry" fornasos of the turbomolecular pump and the "dry" turbomolecular pump.
