Dynamic qualities of "Victory" with the four-cylinder engine approximately corresponded to "Emka" of M-1 which to replace in a national economy was the main objective of new model, but at noticeably best fuel profitability at the expense of more perfect design of the engine which made possible reduction of its working volume from 3,5 to 2,1 liters without loss of power. The version with the six-cylinder engine had dynamics corresponding to similar European models of that time and six-cylinder GAZ-11-73, but differed in rather lower profitability. Subsequently for a number of reasons the work on the second Victories option was winded down.
