"Baikal" will purify sewage of all those impurity which are inevitable at service of cars: detergents, clay, sand, oil products, etc.

Principle of work of the WRS installation

The sewage coming from washing posts to the WRS system passes the stage-by-stage process of cleaning including consecutive passing of drains through multistage system of a filtration.

stage. The water used in process to wash transport, spontaneously comes to a settler (pass KNS). The settler role in this system is carried out by the peskootdelitel who is under car wash where spontaneously all selected water gathers.

stage. Drains by means of the pump get to the installation case in an aeration compartment. Due to high concentration of oxygen in water, created by the aerator, there is a capture of particles of synthetic detergents (shampoos, soaps i.t.p.) particles of active oxygen with the subsequent formation of plentiful foam. Process of capture of soap particles oxygen provides the minimum sedimentation of a suspension, than reduces the frequency of pumping of a deposit from the date of the cleaning block. The received foam gathers in a penosbornik from where it is utilized.

stage. The water separated from foam and clarified gets to a compartment in which the system of vertical thin layer cellular modules (the koalistsentny module) is located. The settler allows to intensifirovat process of sedimentation of impurity of water by upholding in a thin layer. The essence of a method consists in a laminarization of water flow at which influence of turbulent streams is excluded. What allows to carry out stratification of water flow on components: oil skin, heavy inclusions (microparticles of sand, clay i.t.d.), conditionally clear water.

stage. Clear water spontaneously comes to the following chamber - the accumulative capacity from where the pump moves in the sand filter of thin cleaning.

stage. The sand filter of thin cleaning represents the fiberglass tank filled with quartz sand from which the water intake is made for a reuse.

The system of emergency discharge of excess water and the pure batcher is in addition provided in a compartment. The block of cleaning represents the tank correctly, the geometrical, rectangular shape consisting of partitions and technological compartments.
