Appointment
Insulating material on a kremniyorganichesky basis of Izollat-04, is intended for isolation of high-temperature surfaces.
Izollat-04 it can freely be operated at a temperature from +5 to +500ºС.
Objects of application
· thermal insulation of steam lines;
· thermal insulation of chimneys;
· thermal insulation of gas flues;
· thermal insulation of the industrial equipment.
Preparation liquidly - a ceramic covering of Izollat-04 to application:
· before each use or after interruption of works, the covering needs to be mixed carefully (hashing of a covering should be made before receiving the homogeneous mass, on a consistence reminding sour cream. In avoidance destruction of hollow ceramic balls, speed of hashing should not exceed 150 revolutions per minute);
· dilution of Izollata-04 is not recommended.
Preparation of surfaces for drawing a covering Izollat:
Before drawing a covering of Izollat-04 the surface has to be cleared of all possible pollution and old coverings. Then it is subjected to processing by the degreasing means.
Recommendations about drawing Izollat-04
· The first coat layer of "Izollat-04" is put 0,3-0,5 mm thick then the surface is wound with the reinforcing fibreglass mesh with cells of 2*2 or 4*4 mm. Time of drying makes 24 hours at a temperature not lower than + 8 C.
· The subsequent layers are put by the similar principle to a set of the required total thickness of a covering.
After work of a brush, carefully to wash out airbrushes water.
ATTENTION: to more effective thermal insulation of Izollat-04 it is applied together with IPS-T-1000 fiberglass.
During the work with "Izollat-04" it is necessary to use:
· ZM 7500 respirator;
· chemical goggles;
· chemical gloves and protective clothes.
