Description
Production of engineering researches in their full complex has to be subordinated to justification of the solution of number of design tasks. Treat number of the tasks solved with use of materials of engineering-geological researches:
justification of technical capability and economic feasibility of building of object in this area;
comparison of possible options of arrangement of designed project and the choice from them optimum;
justification of configuration of buildings and constructions of designed project by the chosen option;
argumentation of settlement schemes of the bases and environment of buildings and constructions;
implementation of architectural supervision of production of building work.



The solution of the specified tasks is possible only in that sequence in which they are listed. It is also necessary to mean that the solution of some design tasks does not demand obligatory carrying out field engineering-geological work. Engineering geology - the direction of geology, studying the upper horizons of earth crust and dynamics of the last in connection with construction activity of the person; considers composition, structure, texture and properties of rock formations as soil; develops forecasts of those processes and the phenomena which arise at interaction of constructions with natural situation, and ways of possible impact on processes for the purpose of elimination of their adverse effect.

Engineering-geological researches - the actions providing complex studying of engineering-geological conditions of the area (platforms, sites, trasses) projected for construction, including relief, geological structure, seismotectonic, geomorphological and hydrogeological processes and drawing up the forecast of possible changes of engineering-geological conditions in the field of interaction of designed projects with geologic environment, receiving necessary and sufficient materials for justification of design preparation of construction.

On the basis of materials of engineering researches for construction development of preproject documentation, including town-planning documentation and justifications of investments into construction, projects and working documentation of construction is carried out

the enterprises, buildings and constructions, including expansion, reconstruction, modernization, operation and elimination of objects, maintaining the state inventories and information systems of settlements, and also recommendations for acceptance economically, technically, socially and ecologically reasonable design decisions.



In other words, engineering-geological researches are necessary for studying of geological structure of site, physicomechanical characteristics of soil, their bearing ability, corrosion activity, hydrogeological conditions and the forecast of their changes in process of construction and operation of the projectible building or construction, ensuring actions for protection of designs against adverse influences of geologic environment, fiziko-geological processes and the phenomena. On the basis of the obtained data type, design and depth of zalozheniye of the base, optimum, most reasonable from the economic point of view, are defined with all adverse factors influencing construction and operation of buildings and constructions.

Design and construction without sufficient studying and assessment of geological conditions can lead to uneven rainfall of designs, rushes of engineering networks and to irreversible deformations or their destruction.

By results of engineering-geological researches to the Customer the technical report containing data on site physiographic conditions, the geological and lithologic description of breeds, hydrological conditions, fiziko-geological processes, physicomechanical properties of soil, aggressive and corrosion properties of water and breeds, forecasts, conclusions, recommendations, etc. is issued.



Collecting and processing of materials of researches and researches of last years

Before production of field work materials of researches of last years are comprehensively studied. For determination of character, appointment and borders of sites of earlier executed engineering researches and researches, the name of the organizations performers, the period of production and the main results of works, possibilities of their use for establishment of engineering-geological conditions. And also for specification of the forecast of further development of processes in spheres of interaction of engineering constructions with geologic environment and recommendations about engineering protection.



On the basis of collected materials the working hypothesis about engineering-geological conditions of the studied territory is formulated and the category of complexity of these conditions is established according to what in the program of researches for construction object are established structure, volumes, technique and technology of prospecting works
