PKST "Place in the sun" is located in Iliysky district, the central part of Almaty region. Average temperature of January −7-9 °C, July of 22-25 °C. Chepel on the basis of high school No. 10 of the village of Chapayevo are annually held.

The population of the area is generally provided with the liquefied balloon gas and natural gas. According to the project of JSC Transkazgaz, gasification of settlements of Iliysky district and Talgarsky district, Almaty region is provided.

The project purpose - the solution of the tasks set in the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. A. Nazarbayev "Social and economic modernization - the main vector of development of Kazakhstan" - development of world-class ski resorts near Almaty, and also, for bringing level of gasification of objects to 100%, and increase in level of gasification of Almaty region, with achievement of level of gasification of private inhabited sector to 100%.

Project local goal - the solution of the environmental problem of the region connected with use of solid fuel.

Project tasks - design and construction of new street and quarter gas pipelines of low and average pressure with installation of cupboard gas control points. Connection to a gas branch and our association is in the long term planned.
