PRINCIPLE of WORK of the LINE (possible options of the organization of a stream)

The line, independently analyzing and making decisions, at a high speed most rationally and precisely saws preparations on a detail, cutting out or focusing defective places, taking into account the required tasks and parameters, with the minimum participation of the operator. Also the car itself sorts the leaving details by several groups, according to the set program. On this line full optimization, with cutting of the defects noted by the operator, or without their removal with the maximum useful exit, even is possible when using preparations of different length.

APPOINTMENT:

The high-speed line of optimization is intended for automatic cutting of defects (knots, pitch pockets, etc.) from cut boards and/or a tortsovka of preparations in a given size. Allows to optimize cutting of timber with the corresponding sorting of details according to groups according to the set standard sizes. Increases a useful exit of finished goods.

SCOPE:

The pogonazha, glued products from wood is applied to housing construction as a part of the production line at the enterprises and in shops of the joiner's products specializing in release. Optimization of cutting and sorting of boards, at the corresponding integration of the line, allows to increase considerably productivity of the line of merging, longitudinal milling machines, etc.

DESIGN FEATURES

The RAZMETOCHNY TABLE / the LOADING CONVEYOR Giving of Preparations is carried out by several chains established in the plane of a table of the device. Chain guides are located more densely from the tortsovochny machine that allows to work with preparations of different length surely. At the expense of the additional panel it is possible marking and laying of preparations from an end face, and also it allows to work independently to two workers, without interfering with each other.

The LASER SCANNER Carries out scanning of tags on preparations, the allowing formation of the program of the optimized cutting. Tags are put with special luminescent pieces of chalk. Them it is possible to designate not only defective pieces of preparation, but also the general quality of wood (up to 5 grades).

The TORTSOVOCHNY MACHINE Giving on the tortsovochny machine is put in action by means of the besshchetochny engines operated through ChPU. Speed is limited automatically to 2/3 from maximum that considerably increases reliability and a resource of the machine. High speed of cutting (from 0,01 to 0,5sek) is caused not only the power of a saw, but also system of fast release of a saw disk with the anti-lock device.

The SORTING and UNLOADING CONVEYOR the Sorting and unloading conveyor is equipped with contactless and high-speed pneumatic pushers. The contactless pusher just blows off details from the conveyor and is usually used concerning scraps which can be spliced on length subsequently. Sorting according to width, length and a grade happens by colliding on the set unloading tables / containers of the corresponding details. The cut-out defective pieces are ignored by pushers and go to the separate container on the end of the conveyor.

The EXCLUSIVE SOFTWARE of "MADE IN CURSAL" the unique software which is Independently developed in the CURSAL company - complex system of optimization of cutting. In it not universal programs, and specially developed for this equipment therefore cannot be subject to actions of viruses or any system failures are used. Nevertheless, the interface program allows to exchange data with widespread standard office applications like MS Excel. Not only it is easy to integrate the operating industrial computer (ChPU) into the general local network of the enterprise, but also to control far off via the modem. Data exchange is possible also through USB port.

The ANALYTICAL WOOD-EYE®-SCANNER Completely automatic special optical WoodEye®-scanner checks preparations from all four parties. Not only independently notes defective sites, but also makes the deep analysis of wood, with marking of preparation on 16 types of quality. At inclusion in the line, considerably increases productivity and quality of cutting. It is useful at limited wages fund at the enterprise as excludes up to 8 workers from the list of necessary personnel at high speeds.

VACUUM AUTOMATIC SYSTEM of LOADING Special vacuum holders allow to take preparations directly for their surface. It is actual when it is necessary to organize pourovnevy loading and unloading of the raw preparations, directly from a stack. Different length does not allow is productive to take and transport several preparations in other mechanical ways at once. All processes will be coordinated with work of all line through ChPU. Participation of personnel is limited only in delivery of stacks of preparations in a loading zone.

The DEVICE of AUTOMATIC UNLOADING AND LAYING of PREPARATIONS IN the STACK the Robotic system of unloading has 2 manipulators which reliably take the processed details from an unloading table and stack them one level. The device is operated by means of ChPU and according to the program consistently works with all tables of unloading established on the line and stacks details on the specified stacks. Can work, both with single details, and with the whole packages. Excludes participation of the person and completely forms ready to transportation a stack of details.

The printing head and high-precision mechanics of the printer are supplied with the device of cleaning and anti-shock system.
