Means for cleaning of tile and facades of Keranet Mapei

Keranet is used for cleaning of internal or external surfaces (including facades) from the pollution caused by cement, lime and also oil and mud spots.

Typical cases of application

• Cleaning of traces of cement, lime from surfaces of ceramic tiles or a mosaic on walls and floors;
• Washing off of the remains cement of the containing solutions used as glues (KERABOND, etc. ) or for seal between tiled seams (ULTRAKOLOR, KERAKOLOR);
• Cleaning of limy spots, vysol, etc. on ceramic surfaces, connections between tiles, on concrete, plaster, a bricklaying, etc. ;
• Purification of dirt which collected on building materials, on construction sites, cleaning of tanks (tanks), the anodized aluminum, stainless steel, the chromeplated surfaces, etc.
• Washing off of small spots of a rust.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

KERANET - the acidiferous cleaning structure delivered in two types:

• As the concentrated powder for difficult cases;
• As liquid in solution of water of 15% for easier processing in everyday occurences.

KERANET is based on special organic acid and possesses the same aggression to zagryaz to neniye and vysola, as well as much stronger acids (salt, sulfuric, etc. ) but, unlike them, KERANET - a vapors are not toxic. Correctly used, KERANET does not put damage to intersutural fillers for a ceramic tile.

PRECAUTIONS

Never use KERANET on marble or other limy stone, on the restored derivatives;
Do not use KERANET on ceramic tiles or on a glazed surface if glaze not acidproof;
During the work with KERANET, it is obligatory to use protective rubber gloves and goggles and to avoid hit of a product on skin and clothes.

• Before cleaning with KERANET to protect everything that can be damaged by acid.
• First of all, if the surface which is strongly absorbing (a tile of "cotto toscano", porous ceramic
• The tile, concrete, plaster, etc. ), they have to be well moistened with water before processing with KERANET.
• Apply KERANET (liquid) with a set of polishing circles or a rigid brush. Apply KEPAHET on pollution, wait for about 5 minutes then begin to clean pollution until visible spots do not disappear. For very strong pollution repeat action.
• After removal of pollution remove KEPAHET from a surface by means of a sponge or a rubber scraper, then wash out a surface completely and repeatedly with water, in all directions and, at last, wipe dry with fabric. In case of use of KERANET (the concentrated powder), procedure remains invariable, with only that difference that powder is applied on plentifully humidified cleared surface. In general, KERANET can also be used for periodic purification of usual dirt, but it is necessary to remember that only superficial oil spots are cleared.

In operating time with KEPAHET it is necessary to observe all measures for work with acid! ! Surely carry out works in protective rubber gloves, working boots and in goggles! Avoid hit of a product on skin and clothes. If it occurred, wash out with an excess amount of water or soda. In more serious cases immediately see a doctor!
The product has to be stored in the closed container, in an inaccessibility of children.
If you swallowed a small amount of a product, drink one or two spoons of bicarbonate of soda and immediately call the doctor! ! !

PACKING

KERANET (the concentrated powder): plastic banks on 5 kg. or 1 kg.
KERANET (liquid): plastic canisters on 25 kg, 10 kg, 5 kg. Bottles on 1 kg in cardboard boxes on 12 pieces.

STORAGE

To store in normal environment in initial unsolved packing within 12 months.
N. B. : Protect from a frost during transit and storage. Avoid long storage at a temperature below 0 of C.
