Pallet boards

Description: The pallet board consists of four boards fastened among themselves with four face metal loops.

Application: The pallet in combination with pallet boards can be used as the container of any height.

Pallet boards (the removable developing protections for pallets) are part of the multireverse warehouse container intended for compact storage, safe transportation and warehousing of goods, widespread and well proved in many countries.

Pallet boards in a combination to the standard wooden pallet (pallet) are used and replace expensive and large - size container.

The first pallet board is established on the pallet, other pallet boards are put on it and at each other and fixed. So without use of the fixing tool the container of the necessary volume gathers. Besides, pallet boards after dismantling take not enough place that is important at their return (a reverse container) and storage in a warehouse.

Usually the set of a multireverse warehouse container consists from:

• four - way pallet;
• one or several folding pallet boards;
• one or several (in need of division of freight into parts) pallet covers.

Use of such set gives a number of advantages:

• reliable protection of goods when transporting at the expense of a strong design of pallet boards;
• the possibility of application of dividers (covers) allows to protect from mixing of non - uniform goods in any part of the container, besides, protective covers give the chance to put containers from pallet boards one on another that allows to use the area of a warehouse most optimum;
• possibility of accumulation of necessary height, universality depending on quantity of freight;
• as the container basis from pallet boards the standard pallet (pallet) is used that allows to rearrange easily them or to carry out loading and unloading works;
• reasonable price in comparison with mesh, plastic or metal containers.
