Phosphor

Phosphor (from armor. lumen — light and Greek phoros — bearing) — the substance capable to transform the energy absorbed by it to light radiation (to luminesce).

The shining paint is the usual paint prepared with use of a special additive a phosphor which gives it new property in the afternoon to accumulate light energy, and at night to give. The additive used in preparation of the shining paint is called a phosphor. This substance can consist on the basis of zinc or aluminum. In the afternoon a phosphor of white or whitish color, and in night, dark time it shines in the classical flavovirent or blue color. Any transparent environment can practically be binding substance.
