Principle of work. Registration of the x - ray radiation which passed through the patient is carried out by the silicon linear detector. In the course of receiving a picture of lungs there is a simultaneous movement of the detector in the horizontal direction along a thorax and the fanlike x - ray bunch formed by a slot - hole diaphragm.

- The linear silicon detector does not demand periodic service. Provides spatial resolution in the plane of the patient of 2,2 couples of lines on mm and contrast sensitivity 1% is not worse. High efficiency of registration allows to receive a direct picture at only 100 μR in the patient's plane.
- The X - ray protective cabin (lead equivalent of 1,2 mm) made of modern composite materials reduces radiation load of personnel practically to the level of a natural background.
- The feeding device is connected to an electric single - phase network 220B ± 10% .
- Complete set of workplaces of a rentgenlaborant and radiologist. The automated workplace of the doctor is completed with the medical monochrome monitor not less than 51 cm and the monitor for work with the database not less than 43 cm of an automated workplace of a rentgenlaborant are completed with the professional graphic monitor not less than 51 cm on which filling of the database, control of the x - ray device and quality control of the received picture is conducted. The system of video surveillance allows the laboratory assistant to control process of positioning of the patient. The medical printer provides the press of 256 shades of gray color and high spatial resolution on a thermal paper and a thermofilm. At the same time the picture is equally informative both on the monitor, and on the firm copy. For the printing of periodic reports the device is completed with laser office printer. For ensuring long - term storage of pictures the device is completed with the special external store on "rigid" disks. Capacity of the store allows to place on it the archive of pictures which is saved up within 10 years of operation of the device. The built - in software of the store provides reliability of the data which are written down on it on a case of failure of one of "rigid" disks.
- The software of "Proskan" corresponds to the international protocol of DICOM 3.0 including the last changes of the standard of 2008 and a possibility of the press on DICOM printers. It allows to integrate it into any modern medical information system if necessary. The program was developed in close cooperation with radiologists therefore contains not only the standard formalized protocols, but also necessary forms of periodic reports. In the program almost unlimited opportunities of processing of the received image are put by special filters.
