The cable VBBSHV 3х10 is the power armor three-vein cable with a section of veins of 10 mm applied to transfer of electric current in power electric alternating current mains with a frequency of 50 hertz with a rated voltage of network of 1 kV of 6 kV or 10 quarter. Purpose of cable VBBSHV is a protection of the power supply network against mechanical damages and other external influences. The armor in the form of two steel tapes, and also a cover in the form of a polyethylene hose of the increased durability is applied to implementation of protective functions in VBBSHV. This design of an armor cable allows to use a cable for operation in underground power lines, mines and tunnels (for example in the subway), in production rooms and in the open air. Laying in a trench can be carried out without application of additional protective equipment from mechanical damages. At installation and operation it is not recommended to subject a cable to the stretching efforts.
Basis of cable VBBSHV - copper single-wire or multiwire conducting veins, a round or sector form, 1 or 2 classes according to GOST 22483. Material isolation of a cable - PVC plastic compound. In a multicore cable, for convenience of installation, the isolated veins are carried out a different coloring.
