Industrial floors:

Bulk industrial polymeric floors (bulk industrial floors) represent coverings from the polymeric materials applied on the underlying basis and forming high-strength layer from 0,2 to 8 mm thick. At the same time the covering should have high adhesion with the basis. At tension test, cohesive resistance of polymer coating with the basis there have to be not less than 1,5 MPas. It is caused by the fact that at the movement of wheel trasport facilities on bulk floor there are high shift loadings in order that the covering of polymeric industrial floor was long-lasting, it is necessary to create good adhesion with the basis. Use of bulk polymer coatings (industrial bulk polymeric floor) is reasonable when increased requirements are imposed to bulk floor. Bulk floors possess the following properties:

• high chemical resistance,

• high mechanical strength,

• high hygienic properties, bespylnost,

• high speed of production on the ready basis,

• resistance to impact of ultra-violet studying,

• water tightness,

• esthetic appearance.

Polymeric floors are simple in leaving, easily are under repair. Depending on qualifying standards on decorative effect and operating conditions polymeric bulk floors can be any kind (glossy, opaque) and with any surface texture (smooth, textural or with the set roughness degree)
