Sesame - popular spice in the Arab and east cuisines. From sesame receive the paste which is called takhin. Takhinny paste snack use in production of sweet desserts, hummus, and together with sugar and honey — for production of halvah. In culinary business sesame seeds also use in preparation of sauces, salad gas stations and different bakery and confectionery.
