Stalex X5032A the Vertically milling machine is widely used in a single and mass production. The machine of this look enjoys high popularity is intended for milling of various details from steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals by face, trailer and other mills - are used for processing of the planes, inclined planes, grooves, gear wheels, etc. Okhlozhdeniye moves the engine of the centrifugal vertical pump on pipelines through a nozzle to the tool. - Processing of a screw surface is available at installation of a delitelny head and connection of a shaft of transfer of a delitelny head to the longitudinal running screw of transfer of a desktop. Processing of cams and arc grooves is available at installation of a rotary table. The machine is used in such areas as: repair stations, large plants and so on. - - Features: - 1. Thanks to a strong design, the machine is capable to maintain heavy details (a cone of a spindle of 7:24 ISO50). - 2. High power and wide range of speed provide efficiency of use of the tool, the machine is capable to carry out processing with a high speed with the hard-alloy tool. - 3. Governing bodies are duplicated in forward part of the machine and in the left part of the machine that provides convenience of control of the machine. - 4. Start-up and a stop of a spindle, fast movement of a table have visible buttons, giving of a table is controlled by handles or buttons, the direction of giving is coordinated with the direction of turn of the handle of management, the speed of a spindle also is controlled by the speed regulator. The right makhovichok operates giving of a spindle. - 5. The mechanism of change of speed of a spindle and the mechanism of change of speed of a table have step management. - 6. The main parts of transmission are made of the alloyed steel, the worn-out parts are made of antifrictional material that increases machine service life. - 7. Fast giving of a table is started by the button of fast giving of a table during usual giving. After an otpuskaniye of this button giving comes back to norm.
