Streych film

On stretch a film GOST is not provided. Production of a film is conducted according to standards of the organization (producer). The present standard extends to the polyethylene film produced by an extrusion method from polyethylene of a high pressure (low density) and the compositions on its basis containing pigments (dyes), stabilizers sliding, the antistatic and modifying additives.
The film is applied as a packing material in various branches of a national economy.

1. BRANDS AND SIZES
1.1. For production of products of mass consumption, packing and a household purpose; the painted and unpainted, stabilized and not stabilized film the brand N film is used.
1.2. For production of a film of brand N use of composition with sliding, antistatic and to 5% the modifying additives, including polymeric is allowed.
The recommended brands of polyethylene of a high pressure and compositions are given on their basis in the appendix 1a.
1.3. The film is issued winded in rolls in the form of a cloth (the sleeve cut on all length from two parties with cutting or without cutting of edges).
1.4. Maximum deviation on film width in a roll for the cloth received by cutting of edges - ±1%.
The quantity of pieces of a film in a roll of the premium has to be no more than two.

2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
2.1. The film has to be made according to requirements of the present standard for the production schedules approved in accordance with the established procedure.
2.2. The film by the linear sizes has to meet the standards specified in table 1.
2.3. On appearance and physicomechanical characteristics the film has to conform to the requirements and norms specified in table 2.
Terms and determination of defects of a film are given in the appendix 2a.
2.4. The film is reeled up in rolls on the cardboard navivnye of the spool made according to standard documentation. The sizes of spools are specified in table 3. For safety of end faces, length of the spool has to exceed film roll width on 5-10 mm from each party of a roll.
2.5. Film shift on an end face of a roll is allowed within the admission on width.
