APPOINTMENT:

The line is specially developed for high-performance cutting of defects (knots, pitch pockets, etc.) from cut timber.

SCOPE:

It is applied before the line of merging at the enterprises and in shops on production of joiner's and pogonazhny products, furniture, glued products from wood, to wooden housing construction and at other woodworking enterprises.

PRINCIPLE OF WORK:

Preparations is located on a loading not driving desktop with a pusher. Previously the operator by means of a luminescent piece of chalk puts tags on preparation in that place where cutting of defects is required (knots, pitch pockets, etc.). Giving of a cut board happens from right to left by means of a pusher. Cutting is carried out on tags by means of the automatic tortsovochny machine with function of cutting of defects and with the positioning device. Tags are read out by means of the photo cell established on the machine. Further movement of details is carried out unloading tape by the conveyor, with sbrosky in one of three "pockets".

Option:

"CALS 1200 x 4" - the loading chain conveyor. Consists of 4 driving chains for loading of preparations on a loading table of the machine. Engine capacity is 0,4 kW. A distance between chains of the conveyor of 1,2 m. Load of the conveyor of 50 kg / pog.m.
