The complex of the equipment is intended for formation of dough products with a stuffing (pelmeni and vareniki). The stuffing can be in the form of mincemeat or vegetable. Pelmeni - a round form, vareniki - the forms of a half moon, edge which are well closed up forcemeat does not act, a surface dry smooth.

The line of the equipment consists of the automatic device on formation of pelmeni/vareniki with the gear pump of giving of forcemeat (as an option - shnekovy type, production NEMO) and the conveyor for withdrawal of finished goods.

Production is formed and removed at the same time in 4 rows. This complex allows to use bezdrozhzhevy dough, from soft, firm grades of wheat.
