It is intended for high-precision division of a cut board for the purpose of receiving a parquet plate.
SCOPE:
It is applied in a technological stream on production of a parquet, is the head equipment on production of a parquet plate. Use of the machine allows to make details of the minimum thickness at high efficiency.
Distinctive feature of the machine is application of two saws in one pro-saw, and also existence of a planing shaft and the wedging knives.

DESIGN FEATURES

The GIVING ROLLERS About the right spindles are the giving rollers providing reliable giving of short preparations. Rollers can rise by means of pneumatic cylinders that provides convenient change and installation of the tool.

The PLANING SHAFT AND DESKTOP is provided In a design of the machine a planing shaft by means of which the basic surface of a detail for further processing is created. The table has the chromeplated surface, is made of high-quality steel. The surface of a table is greased by means of the centralized greasing device that considerably reduces load of the giving engine.

The FEEDER DRIVESHAFT the Rotary moment on the top and lower giving rollers is transmitted through the driveshaft, the speed of giving is regulated via the inverter that provides optimum effect of giving.

The INCREASED PROCESSING ACCURACY For improvement of accuracy of a cut, the distance between the right and left saw spindles is reduced. Preparations after processing pass through the wedging knives that allows to provide high precision of cutting, and also protects saws from a clip and an overheat.
