The rope impregnated (kabolka)

Kabolka (THAT 17 RSFSR 40 - 4266 - 91)
The used raw materials – a rope from flax, hemp, an agave or other plants, a kabolka (the 1 - , 2 - , 3 pryadny). The size – diameter is 6 - 8 mm, 10 - 12 mm, 14 - 16 mm, 18 - 20 mm. Impregnating materials – pitch and bituminous mastics, oil bitumens (BNI - 4, BND, etc. ), the solvents prepared on special technology at the increased temperature. Density – 1,09 g / kub. sm. A mass fraction of impregnation – 40% . Explosive loading – not less than 27 kg. The rope pitch is applied at installation of pipes, a caulking iron, assembly of fellings, a caulking iron of wooden vessels. Kabolka represents the linen lock impregnated with antiseptic substance and weaved in a special way that gives it the increased bioproofness, the good resistance to rotting also significantly increases operation term.
Kabolka is steady against solar and thermal radiation, does not accumulate static electricity, is ecologically safe.
Kabolka is applied:
for consolidation of bell - shaped connections at installation of water, sewer pipes and shaped parts;
for consolidation of cases of pipelines when passing through the base of buildings and constructions;
at a caulking iron of wooden vessels and the lower wreaths of fellings as the kabolka possesses antiseptic action;
at assembly of fellings from a bar instead of tow for stuffing on bar edges;
at production of cables for sailing vessels.
