Thermal automatic equipment, Microprocessor regulator of temperature of VTR

Microprocessor blocks of thermal regulation of VTR (further regulators) are intended for automatic maintenance of a preset value of temperature of hot water at the exit of the heat exchanger, automatic control of heating of the building of system for the purpose of optimization of an expenditure of thermal energy, and also for use as a part of process control systems as temperature regulators.

Device and principle of work

VTR regulators are issued in the cases intended for installation on 35 mm a DIN lath.
The case are made of shock-resistant plastic with degree of protection of IP20.
Regulators have to be installed in cases of management with the degree of protection corresponding to service conditions.

The block of thermal regulation of VTR consists of the BU control unit and a set of sensors of temperature.
Set of delivery of the block of thermal regulation:

The principle of operation of the regulator consists in maintenance of temperature at the exit of contours of regulation according to a preset value or according to the temperature (week) schedule by means of control of the actuation mechanisms (AM) in regulation contours on independent from each other PID to laws of regulation.
VTR in the course of regulation carries out a continuous survey of sensors of temperature and periodically, with time interval (the regulation period), gives signals of management on executive mechanisms.
The software of the block provides in the automatic mode fast (in 20-30 minutes) adaptation of coefficients of regulation to parameters of object of management and their further automatic fine tuning at change of parameters of object in use. At the same time for the majority of objects of management there is no need for change of factory settings of coefficients of regulation.
Bilateral exchange of information with systems of the top level can be carried out through built-in
RS 232 interface.
At design of a control system it is necessary to choose one or several regulators with the functions providing performance of a design assignment.
The deliveries which are included in the package temperature sensors with the indication of their quantity according to a functional purpose of the regulator have to be specified in the specification of the equipment in the separate line.
