Our completely automatic treysiler of TL 500 (the vacuum pump to 300 m3/h) is a convincing industrial decision for high packing efficiency.
Depending on the tray size it reaches productivity to 12 steps a minute with function of aeration of MAP or 15 steps in a minute only at a zapayka, works with trays up to 120 mm in depth. By means of serially built - in equipment by MAP and vacuum of TL 500 especially well is suitable for packing of fresh products. In a nonfood zone the car is used to packing of sensitive industrial goods, such as sterile medical or cosmetic goods.
This car is perfectly integrated into any production. Individual lengthening of the conveyor allows to conform to requirements to packing also optimum.
The color touch screen with simple management, the device of a fast tension of the top film, automatic winding of a residual film (scraps) and the practical device of fast change belong to serial equipment of TL 500.
As well this vacuum packing machine belongs to generation of WEBOMATIC CleanDesign: surfaces do not allow to accumulate to water - all details, important for hygiene, are readily available and therefore it is possible to clear them quickly and thoroughly.
Work, cleaning and service of completely automatic TL 500 car is carried out very simply. The unloading tape conveyor, an entrance and output cap, and also drawers and oven forks can be taken out also easily, so completely to release internal space for hygienic cleaning. Change of the sealing tools happens also without use of tools and is ergonomically optimized.
