Device and principle of work

VShU are executed on the basis of microprocessor blocks of thermal regulation of VTR 10I and standard components (automatic switches, actuators, the relay, etc.). The functional purpose of VTR 10I is set from the block keyboard, that is thermal regulation blocks installed in VShU of various types are absolutely identical.

Technical characteristics

The choice of VShU is made according to table 1 depending on the concrete technological scheme. Designation VShU is made according to the scheme 1 depending on the number of inputs of the feeding tension, power and supply voltage of pumps, and also degree of protection of VShU.
Sensors of temperature are specified in the specification of the equipment in the separate line
As contact sensors electrocontact manometers (EKM), sensors - the pressure difference relay (for example, DEM-202) and other sensors with potential-free (not connected with the feeding tension) contact can be used.

The emergency condition of each contact sensor is set from the thermal regulation block keyboard. In the absence of the sensor the emergency state is set - "will close".

Need of use of sensors of protection against "the dry course" is defined by design features of the used pumps.

External or internal sensors of operation of pumps are used at reservation of pumps. The external sensor is the sensor confirming operability of the pump, for example EKM. The internal sensor is the elements of the scheme of a case providing switching of pumps at operation of current protection in a case of management. It should be noted that use of the internal sensor does not provide full diagnostics of a condition of pumps (for example, break in a power-supply circuit).
