Два дня пыталась купить пальмовое масло, сначала сказали что есть в наличии, потом, что закончилось, обещали уведомить в Whatsapp о поступлении масла, но так я ответа и не дождалась. На следующий день позвонила в отдел масложировой продукции, хотела уточнить срок годности, повесили трубку не дослушав меня. С третьего раза мне посчастливилось попасть на менеджера Амину, которая оказала идеальный сервис, ответила оперативно на сообщения в Whatsapp, помогла с организацией отправки масла, прислала квитанцию, еще и после уточнила информацию о получении товара и качестве пальмового масла. Теперь буду обращаться только к Амине! Спасибо, АМИНА!
