Filters are borehole

Are intended for prevention of carrying out of sand and other mechanical impurity in use of wells with unstable collectors of underground gas storages, oil and gas fields, water intaking. Need of external gravel sprinkling is defined by particle size distribution of sand of layer collector, service conditions, a well face design.

Filters consist of the following basic elements: the punched pipe framework (1), the filtering element (2), the coupling (3) and rings (4).

The filtering element (2) is made of a corrosion-proof wire of triangular section by winding on basic edges (5). Application of contact welding provides strong reliable connection of a wire with edges, and also invariable size of a mezhvitkovy gap in use of the filter.

The filtering element (2) is recorded on a pipe framework (1) by rings (4).
