AS-PANECO improver (green label) for the dumplings test - eliminates defects of semi-finished products (a test raznotolshchinnost, a roughness of a surface, a crack at a freezing) and improve color, taste and quality of the cooked pelmeni, a mant, vareniki (do not boil soft, gentle taste, transparent broth).

AS-PANECO improver (green label) considerably clarifies dough, gives it plasticity, a smooth surface a test tape when molding, excludes cracks at a freezing of semi-finished products, improve cooking properties. Products after cooking do not reveal, dough remains gentle when chewing, and broth — transparent. |
