Levenhuk 870T microscope trinokulyar

Levenhuk 870T — a reliable trinokulyarny biological microscope by means of which all range of supervision both in light, and in the dark field is made. It is widely used in medical institutions of different type for urological, dermatological, biological, biochemical, pathoanatomical, cytologic, hematologic and all-clinical laboratory trials. And as it trinokulyar, complete with its chamber eyepiece it is possible to use without problems as a digital microscope.

Levenhuk 870T is equipped rotary (360 °) with a trinokulyarny nozzle, with a tilt angle in 30 °. Four lenses in the revolving device, classical (according to Köhler) lighting type, a possibility of adjustment of aperture and field diaphragms do this microscope by the excellent tool for serious supervision.

Focusing of a microscope of Levenhuk 870B is made at the expense of screws of rough and exact control of sharpness. Handles of focusing allow to move a subject little table in the vertical plane for exact targeting of sharpness, the lens remains motionless. The little table moves also in the horizontal direction as it is two-coordinate. Sizes of a little table of 140х155 mm. Thanks to the soft movement of focusing and the mechanism of movement of a little table all settings change smoothly, without breakthroughs. Focusing has the following steps: rough — 25 mm, exact — 0,002 mm

The microscope is equipped with the halogen lamp which is built in in the lower part (6B/20vt) with a brightness control option. The optics has a full multilayered enlightenment.

The condenser of the dark field is built in a microscope, it can be used when the condenser to ABBA is completely lifted up. For researches in the dark field the ring of the lighter is rotated counterclockwise until the necessary effect is reached. For return to the light field turn a ring clockwise again. Researches in the dark field are irreplaceable in those cases if in the light field they cannot be made, for example, at a blood test.

About a method of the dark field:
The most part of the light beams which passed through a preparation and not changing the direction, leaving the condenser, creates a hollow cone-shaped bunch. The lens is located in a cone, therefore, these beams do not get to it. Only that small part of the beams collected by a preparation on glass which passes through a lens and remains in a cone gives us the image. Light images of elements of structure of a preparation against a dark background which differ from environment in the refraction get to our field of vision. In large particles we can consider only light edges which disseminate rays of light.
