"Soy meal" - the most important source of fodder protein. Soy meal is fed to all species and gender and age groups of animals.
When processing 1 t of seeds of soy receive 7,5-8,0 c of meal, i.e. is twice more, than from sunflower seeds. Besides, soy meal is much more nutritious than the majority of forages of a phytogenesis. The maintenance of gross energy at the rate on 1 kg at soy and sunflower meal almost identical, but an indicator of exchange energy makes respectively 2603 and 1907 kcal. On this indicator soy meal exceeds wheaten seedings and considerably meat and bone meal and powdered milk almost twice. It contains less cellulose and is better acquired in comparison with sunflower.
