The fireproof tarpaulin welding suit is intended for protection of the worker against splashes of the melted metal, sparks, the increased temperatures and thermal radiation when welding. It can be applied at all types of welding:

― manual

― electrode

― automatic

― electric welding

― gas weldings

― gas cuttings etc.

 

The suit of the welder is made of tarpaulin with a density of 480-550 g/m2 with fire-resistant impregnations. The suit is stitched by the reinforced fireproof threads.

― the Jacket with the central onboard secret fastener on buttons, side patchpockets, set-in sleeves.

― Trousers with side fasteners on buttons, with pockets in side seams.

― the Fly front, is located so that during the work of a spark and splashes of the melted metal did not get into her cavity.

― Sleeves of a suit correspond to a basic position of a hand of the welder during the work that reduces fatigue.

― the Collar with a soft substrate from coarse calico

― Pockets vertical, cut-in, excluding hit of sparks inside.

― Cuffs on sleeves allow to prevent hit in sleeves of scale and it is convenient to put on gaiters.

 

Special design of a suit with the maximum quantity of protective slips (on a jacket: in front, on side parts, voblast of shoulders, on sleeves; on trousers - in front, sideways, on step seams of an iszada) provides full protection against burning and high temperatures.
