HOFMANN GEOLINER 780 TWO WATCHING ELEVATORS is the descent disorder stand unique on a global scale which is not demanding, neither horizontal alignment of the elevator, nor calibration, and equipped with automatic synchronization of position of digital cameras and tracing the provision of the car on the elevator.
Extremely convenient graphics in representation of results allows to estimate in a three-dimensional look the provision of wheels at once and it is easy to understand need of further adjustments
The ULTRA GEOLINER 780 TECHNOLOGY is applied at all 3D GEOLINER stands:
- GEOLINER 780 uses the radiating matrixes on not blinding infrared light-emitting diodes instead of the radiators giving bright red light which is peculiar for stands of the firms which bought the patent. It allows to reduce significantly the "blinding" effect when your look incidentally gets on a radiator or a target (this function is especially demanded for technical centers with large volume of works).
- Auxiliary LED indicators which are installed around each of two digital cameras of high resolution are used. In the course of work indicators direct actions of the operator and give hints the same as it is made in the program of the stand.
- Connection of racks with chambers to the computer console is carried out on the high-speed USB 2.0 interface, and on the same cable the signal from chambers is transmitted and power supply on processors and drives of racks moves.
- Processors for processing of signals from chambers, are mounted together with chambers, and on the computer console already digitized signal with high degree of noise immunity arrives.
- Thanks to increase in viewing angles of digital cameras and as in vertical (on 45), and in the horizontal plane (on 25), became possible to reduce the minimum distance from the back plane of cameras to the center of turntables on the elevator to 1.75m!
- This system requires the minimum installation. Racks come with chambers and at once are ready for installation on a workplace in front of the elevator. It is only necessary to attach a cable to the socket in the basis of each rack.
- Existence of system of positioning which allows to regulate position of chambers in the horizontal plane and also the increased review of digital cameras provides service of any cars, SUVs and utility trucks
