Welded flat geogrids (or welded flat geolattices).

Welded flat geolattices of the IZAR brand are intended for reinforcing of a car of roads and railway tracks.

Represent grids from the polymeric thongs filled with the high-strength reinforcing material with a cell square or a rectangular shape.

The welded flat geogrids of IZAR made on new technology have a number of distinctive features:

· Due to filling of polymeric thongs the high-strength reinforcing material and fastenings among themselves by a welded method, have all advantages of polymeric dvukhosnooriyentrovanny grids, but qualitatively surpass ikhpo by everything to technical parameters (2-3 times stronger, much lower (2-3% instead of 12-13%) relative lengthening). At the same time in the technical parameters welded sect of IZAR are similar to metal. Important advantage of these grids is that they can are made with cells of various sizes (from 40*40 mm to 300*300 mm);

· Have advantage before metal grids: do not rust, do not distort communication signals, do not form leak currents (are dielectric), do not create cold bridges, are more economic.

Material is steady against UF to influence, against organic solvents, alkalis, acids, aggression of an atmospheric precipitation and moisture saturation, against freezing thawing and sharp differences of temperatures. These grids possess the high module of elasticity of strands: 100000-150000 MPas. Temperature range from - 90ºCдо +160 ºC.

Welded flat geogrids are applied: for stabilization of the weak soil basis at a construction of various objects, for an armirvaniye of beds at a construction, reconstruction, modernization, repair of highways, railway ways, for reinforcing of an asfaltobitumny and concrete layer of highways, for construction of platforms under high loadings, for reinforcing of elements of artificial road constructions, retaining walls, embankments and so forth, for reinforcing considerably the loaded floors, platforms and the other concrete areas.

Application of geogrids of Izarpozvolyaet to receive the following economic efficiency:

· At construction and repair of highways allows to reduce volumes of the applied ballast (crushed stone) to 40%, to considerably reduce soil excavation volumes, to reduce thickness of asphalt concrete and asfaltobitumny coverings.
